Payment

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have finished placing your order, you will be provided with an order number. We will also email you confirmation with this and full details of your order. You will then receive a dispatched notification when your order is on its way.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount and Promotional Codes may be used on a full payment. If you have more than one code they cannot be used together, and we would advise selecting the one code that provides the biggest benefit.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna Items are charged at point of order.

STOCK REQUEST 

If an item is out of stock you will be able to put in a stock request. You will then receive a email when the item has come back into stock.

PRE-ORDERS

Some of our items may be available to "pre-order". This means that you can order them in advance of the stock becoming available in the warehouse. We have added the estimated shipping date on the product page so that you know when to expect it, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email just in case.

If your pre-orderable item is part of a larger order you've placed, we may dispatch your items in multiple packages to avoid any unnecessary delays.

In the unlikely event of our manufacturers or suppliers not fulfilling pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, of course, notify you accordingly. If for any reason, you would like to cancel pre-orderable item(s), please contact us, quoting your order confirmation number, and we will be happy to assist you.
