    Pre Order

    We're all fond of new arrivals, which is why some of our items may be available to "pre-order". This means that you can order them in advance of the stock becoming available in the warehouse. We have added the estimated shipping date on the product page so that you know when to expect it, we will of course send you a dispatch confirmation email just in case.

    If your pre-orderable item is part of a larger order you've placed, we will hold the whole order until the pre order is in stock, if you require your other items sooner please get in contact to pay for extra delivery or place a separate order.

    In the unlikely event of our manufacturers or suppliers not fulfilling pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, of course, notify you accordingly.

      Order Tracking

      -Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Covered with your tracking number and link to follow your parcels journey.

      -If you require updates on your delivery, you can contact the courier on the below numbers.

      Late/Missed Deliveries

      -Once we have passed the parcel to the courier it is then the couriers responsibility to fulfil the requested delivery service. If your delivery is late or missed please check your tracking information, and contact the courier.

      Delivery times are never 100% guaranteed due to Royal Mail delays once the parcel leaves our HQ.

      -We are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

      -The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
      The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
      Vehicle Breakdowns
      Unable to locate your address
      Incorrect address provided

      TikTok Shop

      If you wish to return please go onto your order page through your tiktok shop you can then "request a return". You will be given instructions on how to return your item from there.

      If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

      Once your items are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. 

      We do not offer exchanges, if you would like another item/size/colour you must return and re order.

      For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

      We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tag removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

      We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receipt

      Should you wish to return your order, please repack the item as securely as possible. Please include the returns form inside fully filled out. Send your parcel back using your preferred post office.

      Please note - The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customers responsibility. We would always advise to use some form of tracked service and to obtain proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation.

        -If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.
